  • Replacement 7K Hub Drum and Brake Assemblies for Lippert 24400 Axle
  • If your current inner bearing is a 25580 with a 1.75 inch ID, the outer bearing is 14125A with a 1.25 inner bearing and the bolt pattern of your current hubs is 8 on 6-1/2, the Dexter Axle 42866UC3-EZ 7K hub you'd looked at would be the correct replacement. The hub uses a GS-2250D grease seal, which has a 2.25 inch ID which matches what you found with your existing hub/drum. You can indeed reuse the existing castle nut and cotter pin, and the # AKEBRK-7-SA self-adjusting brake assemblies...

  • Shock Kit Recommendation for Open Range 3X 375RDS to Smooth Out Ride Quality
  • Based on the brackets you have near the suspension of your Open Range 3X 375RDS 5th wheel trailer your best option for a shock kit will be a Lippert kit that doesn't take up as much space as the Roadmaster kit you referenced. For that you'd want the # LC281255 for if your trailer has 3,500 lb axles that are 2-3/8 inch in diameter or the part # LC281281 which fits axle diameters of 3 inch like what are found on 5,200 to 7,000 lb axles. Also thanks for clarifying what the brown foam was....

  • Receiver Hitch for 2015 Highland Open Range 5th Wheel
  • If the frame members are further apart than 72 inches, we don't have a frame mounted hitch that would work. If the fifth wheel has a 4 inch square steel bumper, a bumper mounted receiver like # E-100 would be a good choice. The hitch has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity which would be limited by the capacity of the bumper if its lower. If you click the link, you can see a video featuring the bumper mount hitch I recommended.

  • Recommended Trailer Center Wheel Cap for 2015 Highland Ridge Open Range
  • We don't have the specs for your specific trailer's wheel pilot hole. There are two common sizes for the just over 3 inch caps. We have the 3.19 inch option like # 319EZ and the 3.33 inch option like # AM90195. The best way to know which you need is to use a digital caliper like # PTW80157.

  • Hitch Recommendation for Highland Open Range 5th Wheel to Tow Enclosed Trailer
  • I have a solution for you, but you'll need to take a few things into consideration to determine whether or not this will work for you. You could use a hitch like the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703 which is designed for trailer and RV frames 22"-72" wide and has a 3500-lb towing capacity. This hitch can be mounted on the frame of your Open Range 427BHS, however I would first consult with your trailer's owners manual to determine whether or not the frame is...
